The reception team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The location is perfect. It is just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, metro line and surrounded by plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, making exploring the city convenient and enjoyable.

Loved our room. Slept better than at home! Very comfy bed, lovely spacious room (we had a suite for a family of 4) and very clean.

People make the place. The hotel has lovely friendly staff who are more than happy to help you with the many issues you have when travelling. The hotel has a great location, near the Arc de Triomphe, clean rooms and a restaurant with delicious dishes and great and perfect cocktails so if you don't have a good restaurant booked for dinner or you are too tired to go out to find something for lunch, you can come to the hotel restaurant.

The staff were very kind and gentle, the location was perfect, the room always clean, lift is always ready whenever we request, it is just that the plug of my charger or any device didn’t work good with their electricity. However i requested adapter and was provided.

Very classy in the lobby and hallways, excellent service from the staff. Booked on a pricing error, got the room for 120 euros a night instead of 1500 (1200 with genius discount) - though I'd feel robbed paying the latter Hotel honoured the booking, was never raised with myself, unsure if they spotted the missing 0

The Hotel Napoleon is a 5 star property. The staff were lovely and helpful. This was our first time in Paris and it was everything I had hoped it would be. We stayed in the Eiffel Tower suite. What a view! A balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower was absolutely gorgeous. We don't speak French. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect. The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything and making our stay memorable.

The location is really good for travelers. and All the staffs are very kind and friendly! Particularly Thi was wonderful. The room had a lot of storage space and was spacious and comfortable. It was my birthday when I visit the Hotel. and Small gift that I recieved was very moving. If I visit Paris again, I will choose Hotel Napoleon again. Thank you so much to everyone . It was PERPECT hotel :)

The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful part of Paris, the room, the bar, the restaurant and mainly the staff are so friendly and attentive. It is also close to the Metro line so go to and from places is super easy and convenient. The Hotel Napoleon exceeded our expectations!
